How permanent makeup works at ftswiftflow.com, what results to expect, and the limits of the information published on this site.

1. A semi-permanent cosmetic procedure

Permanent makeup (cosmetic tattooing or micropigmentation) places pigment into the upper layers of the skin. Results are semi-permanent, never guaranteed, and vary with skin type, lifestyle, healing and aftercare. It is not a medical treatment.

2. No guaranteed outcome

Photographs, sketches and descriptions are illustrative. Colour, shape, density and longevity differ for every client. A touch-up may be needed and is charged separately.

3. Risks

Possible risks include redness, swelling, bruising, uneven pigment retention, colour shift, infection, allergic reaction, scarring and dissatisfaction. Tell your practitioner about pregnancy, breastfeeding, skin conditions, allergies, medication, diabetes or immunodeficiency before booking. The procedure may be declined where it is unsafe.

4. Aftercare

You receive written aftercare instructions before the procedure. Not following them raises the risk of poor healing, infection and pigment loss.

Send complaints to contact@ftswiftflow.com or by post; we confirm receipt and reply within the period set by Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' of 12.05.1991. Your consumer rights cannot be waived by these terms, and you may apply to a court for protection.
