Suitability consultation required before any procedure · Kyiv, Ukraine
Kyiv studio, consultation first
Suitability is assessed in person before any procedure, and not every client goes ahead. Pigment type, patch test and aftercare are agreed in writing first.
Consultation first
Every booking at ftswiftflow.com starts with a 30-minute consultation: no pigment, no needle. We review your medical history, the skin condition in the proposed area, previous permanent makeup and how you expect the result to age.
Not every client is suitable. Active infection or irritation in the area, recent isotretinoin, uncontrolled diabetes, pregnancy and breastfeeding, keloid tendency or a healing disorder mean we postpone or decline. You hear it in the consultation, before any deposit.
Pigment dossier
Each entry below is confirmed during consultation and recorded in your file. Patch testing and suitability review happen before any procedure is booked.
| Area | Pigment | Patch test | Expected wear | Aftercare dependency |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Eyebrows | Inorganic hybrid, warm neutral base | Required, 48 h | 12 to 18 months, 30 to 40% softening | Daily SPF; no retinoids on the brow for 14 days |
| Lips | Vegan liquid pigment, clay-rose base | Required, 48 h | 18 to 24 months, cool tones may shift | Barrier balm for 14 days; no lip filler for 4 weeks |
| Eyeliner | Carbon-black mineral pigment | Intake review | 24 to 36 months, colour stable | No mascara 7 days; no lash lift for 3 weeks |
| Correction session | Same base as the original area | Waived within 12 months | 6 to 9 months of retained result | Review at 6 to 8 weeks before booking |
Procedure protocol
Six steps, each with a stated duration and a decision point. If suitability is not confirmed at the first step, no pigmentation takes place.
30 to 40 minutes
Medical history, skin condition and expectations are reviewed in person. Pigment options and their limitations are explained before any design is drawn.
Decision point: suitability recorded in your file, or the procedure declined and referred on.
48 hours before the appointment
A small test application is placed on the inner forearm and recorded in your file with the pigment batch number.
Decision point: no reaction at review. Any reaction postpones or cancels the appointment.
30 minutes
Brow or lip shape is drawn with a removable marker and adjusted until agreed. Pigment type and dilution are matched to your skin undertone.
Decision point: you sign off the mapped shape and the pigment dossier entry.
90 to 150 minutes
Work is carried out in passes with rest breaks. Needle and pigment batch numbers stay on record for every session.
Decision point: work stops if the skin shows a stop response and remaining passes move to a second visit.
15 minutes
Written aftercare is issued and walked through in person, covering washing, sun exposure and product limits for the first two weeks.
Decision point: you repeat the day-one instructions back before leaving.
4 to 6 weeks after the session
Colour retention and shape are assessed once the skin has settled. Fading and colour change are expected outcomes, not faults.
Decision point: a touch-up is scheduled only where the review supports it.
Step 04 · Aftercare
Aftercare is issued in writing and explained in person before you leave the studio. The checklist below is the same document you receive on paper. If any instruction here differs from what your practitioner told you, follow the practitioner and call the studio.
Keep the treated area completely dry for the first 24 hours. Do not apply makeup, creams or cleansers over the pigment. Sleep on your back where possible.
Clean gently twice a day with the provided solution on a clean pad, pat dry with a disposable tissue, then apply a thin layer of the aftercare balm. Expect slight swelling and tenderness.
Flaking begins. Do not pick, peel or scratch the area, and avoid saunas, pools, sunbeds and heavy sweating. Colour will look darker and uneven before it settles.
Flaking should be complete. Continue daily sun protection of at least SPF 50 on the treated area. Lip clients should avoid spicy food and alcohol-based products.
Pigment continues to soften as the skin heals. Do not judge the final result yet and do not book additional pigment until the review.
Attend your touch-up review. Your practitioner assesses healed retention and decides whether a correction is appropriate, delayed, or not required.
Evidence and case notes
Healing changes colour. Each pair is published with written consent and the notes recorded at the review appointment, so the image is never shown on its own.
