1. Legal framework
These Terms apply to every booking. They are issued under Article 7 of Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' of 03.09.2015 and Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' of 12.05.1991, and do not limit statutory consumer rights. Advertising follows Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-ВР 'On Advertising' of 03.07.1996.
2. Consultation and eligibility
Before booking you receive accurate information on the procedure, price, practitioner qualifications, risks, aftercare and complaint procedure, as required by Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII. Services are available to adults aged 18 and over; identity may be checked. Disclose pregnancy, allergies, skin conditions, medication and recent procedures.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are stated in UAH at the time of booking. A prepayment may be requested to confirm a slot. The confirmed price applies to the confirmed appointment; later price changes do not affect confirmed bookings.
4. Cancellation and touch-ups
Free cancellation or rescheduling is available at least 48 hours before the appointment. Later cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the prepayment. If we cancel, you receive a full refund or a free reschedule. One corrective touch-up is offered within 4–8 weeks as described at booking; further sessions are charged per the price list.
5. Client responsibilities
You agree to give accurate medical information, follow pre- and post-procedure aftercare, and attend follow-up appointments. Failure to follow aftercare may affect healed results and limits our responsibility for the outcome.
6. Service limitations
Permanent makeup is a cosmetic procedure, not a medical treatment, and is not presented as one. Results, colour retention and healing vary; no specific result is guaranteed. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
7. Complaints and disputes
Send complaints to contact@ftswiftflow.com or by post to the address above, stating your name, appointment date, description and photos. We confirm receipt and respond within the period set by Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII. You may also apply to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to a court to protect your rights.
8. Personal data and final provisions
Personal data is processed under Law of Ukraine No. 3724-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' of 25.04.2024 and Article 7 of Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII. These Terms are governed by Ukrainian law and may be updated on this page.
